1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SQWAD platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. SQWAD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Platform Description
SQWAD is a Web3 discovery and talent marketplace that connects blockchain projects, Web3 experts, and crypto enthusiasts. The Platform provides project listings, expert profiles, job boards, educational guides, and related services. SQWAD does not endorse any specific project, expert, or investment opportunity listed on the Platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. SQWAD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. SQWAD Credits & Tokens
SQWAD credits are a platform utility currency used to access premium features. Credits purchased are non-refundable and have no cash value outside the Platform. SQWAD tokens earned through mining, referrals, or other activities are subject to the token distribution schedule and withdrawal policies. SQWAD reserves the right to adjust token values, earning rates, and withdrawal limits at any time.
5. Project Listings
Projects listed on SQWAD are submitted by community members, founders, or SQWAD agents. SQWAD does not verify the accuracy of project information and is not responsible for any losses arising from interactions with listed projects. Verification badges indicate that a project owner has claimed their listing, not that SQWAD endorses the project as legitimate or safe. Always conduct your own due diligence before investing.
6. Expert Profiles
Experts listed on SQWAD are independent professionals. SQWAD does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the quality of work of any expert. Any agreements, disputes, or payments between hirers and experts are solely between those parties. SQWAD provides escrow services as a convenience and is not liable for disputes arising from work arrangements.
7. Escrow Service
SQWAD's escrow service holds funds on behalf of parties in a job arrangement. SQWAD acts as a neutral intermediary and will attempt to resolve disputes fairly. Escrow decisions are final at SQWAD's discretion. SQWAD is not liable for losses arising from fraudulent transactions or disputes where parties cannot provide sufficient evidence.
8. Payments & Fees
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are displayed before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. SQWAD reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent project or expert information; use the Platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or rankings; spam, harass, or abuse other users; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; or use the Platform to promote scams, rug pulls, or securities fraud.
10. Investment Disclaimer
Nothing on SQWAD constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency and Web3 investments carry significant risk, including total loss of capital. SQWAD is an informational platform only. Always consult qualified financial and legal professionals before making investment decisions.
11. Intellectual Property
The SQWAD name, logo, and Platform content are owned by SQWAD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant SQWAD a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQWAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to SQWAD in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against SQWAD.
